摘要: To ensure the low end-to-end (E2E) delay for tactile internet, short frame structures will be used in 5G systems. As such, transmission errors with finite blocklength channel codes should considered to guarantee high reliability requirement. In this paper, we study cross-layer optimization where both queueing and are accounted E2E delay, different packet loss/error probabilities characterize reliability. We show that required transmit power becomes unbounded when allowed maximal is shorter than coherence time. satisfy quality-of-service requirement power, introduce a proactive dropping mechanism, optimize queue state information dependent policy. Since resource policy related error probability, violation three obtain policies these probabilities. start from single-user scenario then extend our framework multi-user scenario. Simulation results optimized same order of magnitude. Therefore, have take into account all factors design systems internet applications.
