摘要: An arrangement for the application of topical substances to base products. A rotatable star-shaped reel structure is rotated, in which a flowable product tumbled while being coated with substance so as ensure an appropriate uniform distribution on surfaces inhibiting formation clump-like agglomerates internal reel.
