摘要: Abstract Understanding the chemical and physical alteration in archaeological bones, occurred after burial, is very interesting for researchers. In this paper, we present a study on diagenetic of human bony tissues from Paestum (South Italy), by combining complementary spectroscopic techniques, such as solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR), X-ray diffraction. particular, 13 C resonance–cross polarization-magic angle spinning ( NMR CP-MAS) allows to identify discriminate adsorbed calcite, that contaminant, structural one apatite 1 H NMR-MAS shows how degradation organic phase collagen related time. The data are combined with crystalline index, measured diffraction, splitting factor obtained spectroscopy. Moreover, evaluation relative content biogenic carbonate fluorine reported.
