摘要: This paper analyses the factors that impact on decision of researchers to patent their research results. Particular emphasis is put role technology transfer offices. It builds a survey university professors in Sweden and Germany. The regression results show received support from public infrastructure have experience with patenting system—through own previous patents or joint applications firms—are much more likely apply for patents.
