摘要: A turbulent combustion model suitable for multidimensional, homogeneous charge engine calculation was developed. The is based on the laminar flamelet assumption suggested in literature premixed combustion. Unlike previous approaches using this and variance of a progress variable to estimate probability flame occurrence, new uses both structure relevant turbulence parameters calculate dissipation rate fluctuating component variable. This shown yield plausible dependence speed mixture turbulence. Preliminary testing made by comparison with data. computed results were good qualitative agreement experimental results, but some quantitative discrepancies observed. There are several possible causes observed discrepancies. One most likely cyclic variability present data, which not accounted model.
