Carbon monoxide oxidation using Zn–Cu–Ti hydrotalcite-derived catalysts

摘要: Multioxide catalysts of zinc, copper and titanium with different ratios obtained from layered double hydroxide (LDH) precursors were used in the oxidation carbon monoxide. The characterized by energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry, diffraction, thermal analyses (TG, DTG DTA) scanning electron microscopy. diffraction showed phases structures. On increasing percentage hydrotalcite structure became main phase these samples. SEM images confirmed presence as plate-like structure. Experimental results indicated a sharp increase catalytic activities calcined samples towards monoxide at temperatures range 225–275∘C. High conversion (90 ∼ 95%) was achieved reaction temperature 275∘C having ZnTiO3 phase. These suggested that Zn-Ti has positive effect oxidation.
