摘要: Abstract Proteomics is a new and promising approach to evaluate potential effects of pollution. In order investigate if there direct link between the protein expression profiles obtained by SELDI–TOF MS technology observed at organism level in fish, plasma samples from unexposed 20 ppb alkylphenol exposed female Atlantic cod ( Gadus morhua ) with high phenotypic variation gonadosomatic index (GSI) were analyzed MS. Principle component analysis (PCA) showed that major proteomic present dataset (i.e. 23.6%) could be significantly correlated individual GSI, which indicates data can reflect higher levels organization fish. Further exploration other principal components revealed an additional pattern specific for females. Hence, this study supports usefulness as tool ecotoxicological research.
