摘要: Abstract Although follow-up after open surgical and endovascular procedures is generally regarded as an important part of the care provided by vascular surgeons, there are no detailed or comprehensive guidelines that specify optimal approaches with regard to testing methods, indications for reintervention, intervals. To provide guidance surgeon, Clinical Practice Council Society Vascular Surgery appointed expert panel a methodologist review current clinical evidence develop recommendations surgery procedures. For those which high-quality was not available, were based on observational studies, committee consensus, indirect evidence. Recognizing numerous published reports role duplex ultrasound surveillance infrainguinal vein bypass grafts, commissioned systematic meta-analysis this topic. The classified strength each recommendation corresponding quality basis Grading Recommendations Assessment, Development, Evaluation (GRADE) system: graded either strong weak, high, moderate, low. resulting represent wide variety involving extracranial carotid artery, thoracic abdominal aorta, mesenteric renal arteries, lower extremity arterial revascularization. also identified many areas in lack support their recommendations. This suggests opportunities further research threshold criteria, role of well modes failure reintervention
