摘要: Galeruca daurica is a new pest causing great losses in the Inner Mongolian grasslands of China. The adults enter obligatory diapause during summer. However, molecular mechanism summer remains unknown. We used iTRAQ to conduct proteomic analysis adult G. at pre-diapause (PD), (D) and post-diapause (TD) stages diapause. A total 139 118 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were detected D/PD TD/D comparisons, respectively. Besides large number DEPs involved metabolic process, stress response, cytoskeletal reorganization, phagosome pathway, many related found this study, such as encapsulation-relating proteins, odorant binding chemosensory ribosomal proteins. KEGG revealed that pathway was only common significantly enriched both TD/D. In addition, juvenile hormone regulation Ca2+ signaling may play an important role daurica. Our provides insight into diapause, lays foundation for future level studies.
