摘要: The primary objectives of this research are to explore and evaluate the correlation between Body Mass Index (BMI) Bone Mineral Density (BMD), gauge age BMD investigate effect gender on BMD. Methods: was determined in femoral neck lumbar (L2-L4) regions for 210 men women with an average (57.41 ± 9.73) using dual energy X- ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Subsequently, 116 participants were have osteopenia, 94 had osteoporosis. We analyzed data by multiple regression ANOVA models. Results: found highest percentages osteopenia osteoporosis, 48.3% 44.7%, respectively obese patients. statistical analysis each independent variables (age, BMI) indicated that there no significant correlations BMI osteoporosis (p-value = 0.2001 p-value 0.4622), respectively. Moreover, together dependent variable (BMD) 0.034, P ≤ 0.05) only, but not individual separately, compatible a diagnosis Furthermore, most effective (p-value= 0.02) while 0.011) when they tested jointly. Conclusions: influenced significantly all so considered as risk factors However, could be implied
