摘要: Surface alloys were made on mild steel, coated with nickel and chromium using laser surface alloying. Mild steel was a composite layer of the plasma technique. This followed by irradiation continuous carbon dioxide laser. Oxidation corrosion behaviour these then determined carrying out oxidation in air at 800 °C tests room temperatures 1 n H2SO4. With 75 μm each, it possible to make which had concentration 6–7 wt%, but varied from 10–20 wt%. improved significantly over as-coated specimen aqueous considerably.
