MediaQ: mobile multimedia management system

摘要: MediaQ is a novel online media management system to collect, organize, share, and search mobile multimedia contents using automatically tagged geospatial metadata. User-generated-videos can be uploaded the from users' smartphones, iPhone Android, displayed accurately on map interface according their sensed other The provides following distinct features. First, individual frames of videos (or any meaningful video segments) are annotated by objective metadata which capture four dimensions in real world: time (when), camera location viewing direction (where), several key-words (what) people (who). We term this data W4-metadata they obtained utilizing sensors, computer vision techniques. Second, new approach collecting public has been implemented spatial crowdsourcing, allows content collected coordinated manner for specific purpose. Lastly, flexible features W4 metadata, such as directional queries selecting with direction.This paper present design comprehensive system, MediaQ, share our experience its implementation. Our extensive world experimental case studies demonstrate that an effective solution various applications.
