摘要: Until relatively recently, ischemic stroke management was a classic example of “diagnose and adios.” Care patients presenting to the hospital or clinic with symptoms consisted aspirin followed by rehabilitation, few disease-specific strategies directed toward optimal treatment outcomes. The past two decades have witnessed an explosion research into stroke. We now specific therapies reduce morbidity mortality. This chapter will first discuss identification stroke, acute treatment, in-patient management, secondary prevention.
