摘要: In this paper, the finite element analysis is made to structure of impeller, a model impeller with cracks was established. This paper presents results stress compressor blade subjected centrifugal force and aerodynamic equilibrium pressure. A nonlinear method utilized determine state blades. analysis, numerical models without defects also were defined. The simulation showed that high stresses occurred in areas where initiated under both distribution two cracked blades can greatly influence level impeller; when locate adjacent positions,the increasing value minimum. When separated by 150°, maximum. It provides basis for strength calculation impeller.
