摘要: While the decade following divestiture of Bell System has seen an increase in pace competition for large local exchange telephone companies, this not had a similar impact most rural markets. This is no particular surprise, since telecommunication services started urban settings. In addition, regulation insulated smaller companies from full developing competition.2 The next ten years, however, seem poised to expand into introduction industry generally regarded as positive development, future existing clear.
