摘要: Layer-by-layer (LBL) films of poly(lactic acid) nanoparticles (PLA NPs) and poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI) were fabricated as a novel drug-delivery system. The PLA NPs, which encapsulated pyrene model drug, prepared by nanoprecipitation methods. assembly process NPs/PEI LBL was monitored UV−vis spectroscopy, the load in multilayer verified fluorescence spectroscopy. morphology observed SEM. release profile from PBS solutions further studied, result indicated that capable sustainably releasing expected. fabrication provides new facile method for drug delivery paves way loading multiple types drugs into single film.
