摘要: Phylogenetic relationships between Tuber pseudoexcavatum and other species were investigated by studying the sequences of four genes: 5.8S-ITS2, β-tubulin, protein kinase C elongation factor 1α. The phylogenetic trees allowed to differentiate black truffle clade, composed two subclades, one comprising Asian truffles (T. indicum, T. sinense, himalayense) Perigord melanosporum), second brumale. These subclades diverged relatively early. We propose a common ancestor, located Europe China, all truffles. brumale/pseudoexcavatum subclade would have started diverge migrate first, brumale towards through northern route China. Later melanosporum same route, indicum leading vicariant species.
