摘要: Systems and devices for providing differential input/output communication with a superconducting device are described. Each I/O is electrically filtered using respective tubular filter structure incorporating lumped element high frequency dissipation by metal powder epoxy. A plurality of such structures arranged in cryogenic, multi-tiered assembly further including structural/thermalization supports sample holder securing sample, example quantum processor. The interface between the cryogenic room temperature electronics achieved hermetically sealed vacuum feed-through designed to receive flexible printed circuit board cable.
