摘要: Abstract Health monitoring data are increasingly collected and widely used for reliability assessment lifetime prediction. They not only provide information about degradation state but also could trace failure mechanisms of assets. The selection a deterioration model that optimally fits in with health is an important issue. It can enable more precise asset prognostic help reducing operation maintenance costs. Therefore, this paper aims to address the problem including goals, procedure evaluation criteria. Focusing on continuous modeling some currently Levy processes, performance classical criteria discussed through numerous numerical examples. We investigate what circumstances which methods perform better than others. efficiency new hybrid criterion highlighted allows take into account goodness-of-fit observation when evaluating measure.
