摘要: Electrical conductivity of carbon-nickel composite films annealed at temperatures 300, 500 and 800°C is studied over a temperature range 50–300 K. While the data above room show extended state conduction, lowering from 150 to 50 K leads Berthelot-type conduction mechanism. It can be seen that 500°C have maximum conductivity. The extent carrier wave function has minima 2.87 × 10−7 cm 2.45 in octahedral-metal stretching vibrations intrinsic metal tetrahedral site, respectively. average distances between two vibration octahedral sites also 1.13 0.97 cm, Berthelot for minimum 94.3
