摘要: The UMOT, or Unified Mechanism of Travel, is proposed as an alternative to traditional approaches for modeling interactions between travel and urban structure. aim the approach assist policy makers in dealing with such issues short long term effects energy prices Avalability; predicting changes structure; forecasting car ownership levels; optimal long-term allocation resources various modes. UMOT focusses on regularities household daily time money expenditures, which are observed be transferable both spatially temporally. use total expenditures unit costs eliminates need conventional models calibrate coefficients correlating trip components separate lists explanatory variables. generates simultaneous estimates components, distance, modal shares, levels locational patterns, compared data-not calibrated them-for model validation.
