摘要: Abstract Mineral analysis plays a major role in the successful matrix acidizing as it shows change physiochemical changes formation due to reaction with fluids injected. Mineralogy of reservoir can be altered by injecting mineral acids during acidizing. But various complications are connected application these such environmental hazards, corrosion pipes and tubings, precipitation fluosilicates fast spending acid. To mitigate problems, chelating agents have been applied an alternative different researchers. In this study, three EDTA, GLDA HEDTA were stimulate sandstone dolomite samples. The pH value chelates ranges from 1.7 3 is measured before after core flooding observe changes. Core experiments under 180 °F temperature performed at constant flow rate 1 ml/min on samples having dimensions (3 inch × 1.5 inch). Porosity, permeability, Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), TESCAN Integrated Analysis (TIMA) employed measure properties morphology, topology mineralogy. reacted sample was analyzed for sodium, potassium, calcium, aluminium, magnesium, iron using ICP technique find capability remove positive ions. found effective iron, calcium magnesium also removed some amount aluminium ions Permeability porosity concluded that more efficient creating new big pore spaces. TIMA confirms dissolving quartz other while dissolved large sodium compared chelates. increasing dolomites.
