摘要: Whilst information regarding small RNAs within agricultural crops is increasing, the miRNA composition of nutritionally valuable pulse narrow-leafed lupin (Lupinus angustifolius) remains unknown. By conducting a genome- and transcriptome-wide survey we identified 7 Dicer-like 16 Argonaute genes, which were highly homologous to their legume counterparts. We 43 conserved miRNAs belonging families, 13 novel lupin-specific using high-throughput sequencing from foliar root five seed development stages. observed up-regulation members families miR167, miR399, miR156, miR319 miR164 in seeds, confirmed expression miR166, miR164, miR1507 miR396 quantitative RT-PCR during potential targets for able validate miR399 miR159 5′ RLM-RACE. The are predicted predominately target transcription factors 93% originate intergenic regions. In contrast, only 43% regions more functionally diverse. This study provides important insights into gene regulatory networks development.
