摘要: In highly mobile ad-hoc environment, applications such as collaborative planning, military situational awareness, distance diagnosis, and disaster recovery, will place increasing demands on reliable transport protocols persistent sessions. Traditional client-server communications may experience lossy intermittent conditions that disrupt often abort transport-protocol connections. The server pooling is a comprehensive framework to handle session failures increase the system’s availability. It an overlay network providing several reliability services, from simple selection full session-failover capability. A wide range of simulation experiments indicate performance IETF RSerPool approach worsens rapidly networks become more unreliable or due two main shortcomings: inaccuracy failuredetection mechanism for pooled servers, high overhead finding name servers. We introduce evaluate alternative mechanisms overcome these problems.
