摘要: This study focuses on developing a model of self (S), action (A) and outcome (O). It examines the relationship between self-esteem, job-search intensity career decision-making self-efficacy among undergraduate students. The instruments used were Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Job-Search Intensity Scale Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale. Participants recruited using cluster sampling procedure. Data collected self-reported questionnaire. Overall reliability analyses Cronbach’s alpha for content validation questionnaire three constructs. is reliable valid to measure self-efficacy. from 678 students tested with confirmatory factor analysis AMOS 18.0 obtain best-fit measurement models latent variables. Subsequently, structural equation modelling was applied test hypotheses. results showed strong self-esteem self-efficacy, positive self, outcome. Implications findings social work practice such as guidance counsellor, research, theory, policy education also discussed.
