摘要: Actin-like proteins comprise a large group of polymorphic that readily form filaments engaged in cytoskeletal functions. Various members have been identified prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, e.g. MreB, ParM Ta0583, actin the actin-related proteins, ARPs, respectively. Therefore, it is assumed an ancestor actin/MreB/ParM already existed last common progenitor all cells. In eubacteria archaea, actin-like are either membrane-associated or freely soluble, their activities related to motility, cell shape maintenance, subcellular organization cycle progression. eukaryotes, these functions executed by various isoforms. Additional described for ARPs nucleus cell, some those were also discovered prokaryotes. current essay, we compare structures selected actins discuss aspects on how may found way into bacteria, cytoplasm nuclear compartment.
