摘要: A series of biodegradable amphiphilic A-B-A type triblock copolymers P(BLA-PEG-BLA), composed hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as a middle block component (B) and hydrophobic poly(β-benzyl-L-aspartate) outer polypeptide components (A), were synthesized by copolymerization β-benzyl-L-aspartate N-carboxy anhydride (BLA-NCA) the diaminated PEG with primary amino groups capped at both ends. These P(BLA-PEG-BLA) characterized 1H-NMR, DSC, GPC. The used to prepare three kinds drug delivery systems including Norfloxacin (INN)-incorporated microparticles tablets. morphologies SEM. in vitro release properties tablets PBS also evaluated. mathematical model, which incorporates linear first-order dissolution term transient Fickian diffusion equation, was developed account for kinetics from INN-incorporated microparticles. results indicated that overall process well controlled diffusion. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
