Flat plug and mesh hernioplasty in the “Inguinal box”: description of the surgical technique

摘要: A new anatomical terminology is used for a better understanding of the operation and more accurate identification boundaries spaces inguinal region. Inguinal mesh plug hernioplasties are performed using prostheses different sizes shapes, either sutured or not, to tissues. tension-free, sutureless pre-shaped hernioplasty, within lateral medial ≪inguinal box≫ has several advantages as compared with other techniques. The implantation flat prosthesis can be in all primary hernioplasties.The aim this article describe surgical technique which been 3,422 patients.
