摘要: When the available diffusion data for any one material are plotted in terms of observed preexponential factors, In D0, as a function activation energies, ΔH, linear dependence is commonly observed. It shown that, among other explanations, contribution series or parallel combination single activated processes to process will provide this dependence. The form plot (In Do vs ΔH) value comparing results new measurements with literature data.
