摘要: Abstract Soilborne fungi that show antagonism towards common plant pathogens responsible for diseases of commercial crops have attracted increasing interest. The search these biocontrol agents has been stimulated by the occurrence fungicide resistance in some pathogens, lack reliable synthetic fungicides and resistant varieties. nature interactions occurring between beneficial phytopathogens is complex, but there evidence involvement antifungal metabolites disease suppression. with potential as bioactive produced them subject this review. Aspects chemistry, biosynthesis bioactivity isolated from more promising are considered. grouped according to biosynthetic classes relationships other noted. Recent advances field indicate their appear be viable supplements or alternatives control chemicals.
