摘要: Intercellular communication via extracellular vesicles (EVs) and their target cells, especially immune results in functional phenotype changes that consequently may play a significant role various physiological states the pathogenesis of immune-mediated disorders. Monocytes are most prominent environment-sensing cells circulation, skilled to shape microenvironments cytokine secretion further differentiation. Both circulating monocyte subset distribution blood plasma EV pattern characteristic for preeclampsia, pregnancy induced hypertensive disorder. We hypothesized preeclampsia-associated EVs (PE-EVs) phenotypic alterations monocytes. First, we proved binding uptake by THP-1 cells. Cellular origin protein cargo PE-EVs were characterized flow cytometry mass spectrometry. An altered phagocytosis-associated molecular was found on 12.5 K fraction PE-EVs: an elevated CD47 “don’t eat me” signal (p < 0.01) decreased exofacial phosphatidylserine “eat-me” (p < 0.001) along with these (p < 0.05). The significantly lower chemotaxis cell motility but accelerated adhesion functions suggest have preeclampsia.
