摘要: Antimicrobial peptides exhibit high levels of antimicrobial activity against a broad range spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms. Compared with bacteriocins produced by lactic acid bacteria, from the genus Bacillus have been relatively less recognized despite their spectra. These can be classified into two different groups based on whether they are ribosomally (bacteriocins) or nonribosomally (polymyxins iturins) synthesized. Because spectra activity, spp. may great potential for applications in food, agricultural, pharmaceutical industries to prevent control In this review, we introduce synthesized peptides, lantibiotic members Bacillus. addition, biosynthesis, genetic organization, mode action, regulation subtilin, well-investigated subtilis, discussed.
