Isolation and characterization of polymorphic microsatellite loci in nurse shark (Ginglymostoma cirratum)

摘要: We report on the development of nine polymorphic microsatellite loci in nurse shark ( Ginglymostoma cirratum ) using a combination enriched and unenriched subgenomic libraries. Based small percentage positive clones library (0.4%) it appears that microsatellites are very scarce genomes. Numbers alleles at ranged from two to 15; observed heterozygosity 0.17 0.90. expect these be useful for studies breeding structure paternity.
