摘要: Despite many advances in our understanding of the immune response, inflammation, and glomerular structure physiology over last fifteen years there has been very little progress solving aetiology pathogenesis minimal-change nephropathy (MCN). The central observation a disorder characterized by an absence inflammatory changes reactions diseased organ, but with high response rate to drugs which profoundly alter continues pose problem rich apparent paradox.
