摘要: Caveolae are present in almost all cells and concentrate a wide variety of signaling molecules, receptors, transporters, ion pumps. We have investigated the distribution ryanodine receptor, Na+/Ca2+ exchanger, predominant Na+ channel isoform rH1, L-type calcium channel, Cav1.2, relative to muscle-specific caveolin isoform, caveolin-3, adult rat ventricular myocytes. Three-dimensional immunofluorescence images were deconvolved analyzed. Caveolin-3 colocalizes with these molecules at surface cell, but there is no significant colocalization between caveolin-3 either exchanger or cell interior. The indicates that caveolae colocalize each molecule form distinct populations. This organization multiple populations separable by location occupants. In interior shows marked population receptors separate from those within dyad. Because their location, contained may preferred access neighboring nondyadic receptors.
