摘要: Effects of culture age on conidia production, viability and pathogenicity Dactylaria higginsii, a potential bioherbicide for controlling Cyperus rotundus (purple nutsedge) were investigated both in the laboratory greenhouse. This fungus was capable producing after five days culturing potato dextrose agar (PDA), with highest production obtained from 15 day-old compared to other ages. Conidia harvested PDA, produced higher more pathogenic purple nutsedge before or culturing. The infection rate cultures faster (rL0.40 logit/day)
