摘要: Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) is an important biological marker and regulator of cardiac function. BNP resistance characterized by high concentrations less functionally effective common in heart failure (HF) patients. However, the roles consequences remain poorly understood. Investigate effects identify potential metabolic biomarkers for screening diagnosis. Thirty patients thirty healthy subjects were enrolled this study. Cardiac functions evaluated echocardiography. The plasma levels cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) cGMP/BNP ratio calculated to determine resistance. Liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based untargeted metabolomics analysis was applied screen changes. markedly lower HF than controls. ejection fraction (EF) strongly correlated (R2 = 0.676, ). Importantly, profiles substantially different between Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) demonstrated that differentially expressed metabolites are involved signaling pathways regulate functions. In patients, develops association with a reduction function remodeling. It suggests possible functional regulation metabolism.
