摘要: Abstract A series of ceramic glazes based on the SiO2–CaO–B2O3–Al2O3 system as sealant for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (ITSOFC) were investigated. Different ratios B2O3/SiO2 and Al2O3/CaO investigated to control softening process, phase separation, crystallization. When ratio was in range 0.14–0.27, showed good wetting bonding behavior with both 8 mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia (8YSZ) electrolyte stainless steel interconnect which could satisfy sealing demand at 850 °C. And dimension stability can be kept over 100 h by introducing felt controlling viscosity 104 106 Pa s. By means 0.4–0.68, separation crystallization restrained effectively. After holding 850 °C 100 h, non-crystalline network found, a suitable viscous flow well relax thermal stress. The effective even after 10 cycles. Element analysis chemical glazes/stainless glazes/8YSZ interfaces.
