摘要: Abstract Ten undescribed anthranoids, including three anthraquinone acetals as racemic mixtures, (±)-kenganthranol G-I, and seven prenylated anthranols, J-M harunganol together with thirteen known compounds, were isolated from the stem bark of Harungana madagascariensis. The structures G J confirmed by X-ray crystallography. (±)-Kenganthranol was separated into (+)-kenganthranol (−)-kenganthranol chiral HPLC their absolute configurations established electronic circular dichroism. L displayed α-glucosidase inhibitory activity an IC50 4.4 μM.
