摘要: Abstract Legumes (including alfalfa, clover, lupins, green beans and peas, peanuts, soybeans, dry beans, broad chickpeas, lentils) represent an important component of the human diet in several areas world, especially developing countries, where they complement lack proteins from cereals, roots, tubers. In some regions legume seeds are only protein supply diet. The health benefits consumption have received rising interest researchers, their production extends worldwide.
