摘要: This study brings new information on major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III sub-region genes in Old World camels and integrates current knowledge of the MHC region into a comprehensive overview for camels. Out characterized, TNFA LY6 gene family showed high levels conservation, characteristic loci general. For comparison, an II TAP1, not coding antigen presenting molecules but functionally related to functions was studied. TAP1 had many SNPs, even higher than I encoding molecules. Based this using camel genomic resources, we constructed improved map entire The shows standard organization similar that pig or cattle. overall structure is more cattle MHC. conclusion supported by differences sub-region, absence functional DY genes, different MIC generally closer evolutionary relationships porcine sequences analyzed so far.
