摘要: Objective: To assess the effects of intentional delivery (ID) over expectant management (EM) in pregnancies complicated by preterm prelabour rupture membranes (PPROM) between 28 and 34 weeks gestation on maternal neonatal outcomes. Methods: We searched Ovid MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, CENTRAL Science Citation Index; contacted experts checked reference lists relevant studies. Studies were included if they randomized controlled trials all languages. Results: Five 488 subjects analyzed. Overall, results showed significant heterogeneity. Maternal infection as well respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) & sepsis (NS) not different two groups.
