摘要: Objectives: We aimed to analyze the preanalytical errors and role of training in prevention error samples sent biochemistry microbiology laboratories. Materials methods: All accepted central laboratory during eight-month period were evaluated retrospectively. Distribution rejected classified according catego ries (wrong sample, improper incorrect barcode, insufficient volume, exceeded clotted hemolyzed/lipemic samples, contamination other reasons) study groups. The type frequency groups shown as a percentage total number samples. Contamination rates blood urine cultures distribution gender age investigated. In addition, before after routine about processes compared. Results: was 0.77 %. first three most common were; (30.4 %), sample (19.4 %) volume (15.6 %). higher (88.2 than those (11.2 frequent observed women patients under 18. it determined that significantly decreased (p<0.05).
