摘要: Osteosarcoma, the most common malignant bone tumor in children and adolescents, remains a complicated disease to treat; no new treatments have been developed more than three decades. Due importance of immune system osteosarcoma progression, immunotherapeutic strategies explored potentially improve long-term survival. However, immunotherapeutics not reached level success hoped would occur this disease. Understanding will be key optimizing improving patient outcomes. Therefore, immunophenotyping can used as very powerful tool help better understand complexity response seen use immunotherapy malignancy. This book chapter provide an overview known responses potential developments for future immunophenotyping. Indeed, it appears that being able track throughout treatment patients with could allow personalized approach immunotherapy.
