摘要: Abstract The homeostasis of the stem cell niche is regulated by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, complex ordered molecular cellular regulatory mechanisms need to be further explored. In Drosophila testis, germline cells (GSCs) rely on hub for self-renewal physical attachment. GSCs are also in contact with somatic cyst (CySCs). Utilizing genetic manipulation Drosophila, we investigated role Wnt6 vivo vitro. found that required GSC differentiation CySC self-renewal. Schneider 2 (S2) cells, regulates proliferation apoptosis. Mechanistically, demonstrated can downregulate expression levels Arm, Rac1 Cdc42 S2 cells. Notably, Cdc42, which act downstream noncanonical Wnt signalling pathway, imitated phenotypes testis. Thus, newly discovered Wnt6-Rac1/Cdc42 signal axis
