摘要: A Ti-48Al-6Nb porous microfiltration coating was fabricated by cold gas spraying (CGS) followed reactive sintering. The possesses a porosity of 20.0% and interconnected pore structure. skeletons in the were consisted typical gamma-TiAl/alpha(2)-Ti3Al fully lamellar microstructure, firmly bonded with substrate. Uniform pores range 0.5-3 mu m formed, attributing to diffusion reactions growth during sintering process. bending strength permeability supported thickness 604.4 m, are 89.33 MPa 5.39 x 10(-13) m(2), respectively. has high sufficient for applications kinds extreme environments.
