摘要: This article consists of two parts: the first part describes evaluation a small university it is based on scientometric data and aims mainly at internationally visible research. The second shows how an econometric method (DEA: enveloping analysis) can be used to include teaching other aspects, e.g. fund raising, into evaluation. Both approaches show body bibliometric, theory applied real world problems.
