摘要: Purpose This overview sums up the Classification of Diverticular Disease (CDD) with regard to its application in computed tomographic diagnosis and briefly recapitulates targeted advantages over preliminary systems. Primarily, CDD tomography diagnostics is described. Differences respect categories older systems are pointed out on level each type using imaging examples. Materials Methods The presented images derived from our institute according S2k criteria. Literature was researched PubMed. Results The constitutes an improvement compared for categorizing stages diverticular disease. It provides more discriminatory power descriptive-morphological defines as well differentiates courses Furthermore, translate directly into state-of-the-art decision-making concerning hospitalization therapy. Conclusion The should be applied routinely Typical patterns presented. Key points  Citation Format
