摘要: Intermediate filaments (IFs), in coordination with microfilaments and microtubules, form the structural framework of cytoskeleton nucleus, thereby providing mechanical support against cellular stresses anchoring intracellular organelles place. The assembly disassembly IFs are mainly regulated by phosphorylation IF proteins. These states can be tracked using antibodies raised phosphopeptides target exert their functions through interactions not only proteins, but also non-structural proteins involved cell signaling, such as stress responses, apoptosis, proliferation. This review highlights findings related to how regulate division cascades trichoplein, a centriolar protein originally identified keratin-associated protein, regulates cycle primary cilium formation.
