摘要: Despite the accessibility of a promising vaccine, outbreaks measles virus (MV) take place even in well-vaccinated populations. D4, H1 and B3 genotypes have been detected regularly different regions Iran. These observations highlight necessity evaluating protective efficacy vaccine against currently circulating MV during elimination phase. A focus reduction neutralization test has developed to measure neutralizing antibodies MV, such as H1, strain (A), children after second doses vaccine. The geometric mean titer (GMT) rates sera were 95.9, 90.5, 32.0 76.1, respectively. Low GMTs antibody genotype compared with other indicated. Based on current study results, titers vaccinated cases are sufficient neutralize all Iran; however, lower for than D4 genotypes. heterogeneous nature instance nucleotide sequence diversity between strains, necessitates evaluation countries where this most commonly identified genotype.
